Capacity. 80,000 ft2 of newly equipped factory space containing the most up to date machinery provides Goodwins with the capacity to take on housing projects of every size and description.

Build-to-base for a bespoke fit. Every single housing kit we supply is custom built to fit the specific measurements of each individual base. This is because sometimes, even when bases seem or are meant to be identical, individual base dimensions can vary slightly. To ensure absolute precision, all bases are separately measured and kits are constructed precisely to fit their own bases.

Larger scale panels. Goodwins can supply panels up to 14m long which means units can be built more quickly. Less handling on site reduces erection time. The use of a crane increases safety handling procedures. Days on site can be saved by the simple use of the larger scale panel lengths.

Quality timber from certifiable sources. We use quality softwoods from Scandinavia, grown in managed forests which meet the requirements of both the Forest Stewardship Council and the Pan European Forestry Commission.

Design Support. We are able to provide specifiers and customers with comprehensive technical support in the preparation of drawings prior to manufacture. Our in-house team is supported by independent Structural Engineers and we have the experience and ability to cater for almost any design requirement.
